Vann LifeWorks
Executive Functioning Coaching & Consulting
In a Complex World
I strengthen executive functioning for neurodivergent individuals, leaders, and teams with practical systems for prioritization, decision-making, and follow-through.
My work spans teens, emerging adults, professionals, and organizational leaders—especially during periods of transition and increasing responsibility.
I work at the intersection of neurodiversity, executive functioning, and leadership, helping clients move from overload to clarity without forcing themselves into systems that don’t fit how their brains work.
My work is practical, structured, and non-shaming. We focus on how work actually gets done—not on motivation, hustle, or willpower.
I'm a life coach and spiritual leader with over 25 years of experience guiding individuals and families through moments of growth, challenge and transformation. I bring deep listening and compassion to any situation. I'll meet you where you are and help you hold yourself accountable to your goals.
I’m also the parent of a neurodivergent teen which has shaped my understanding of what it means to advocate, adapt, and be resilient. That lived experience fuels my commitment to supporting caregivers and change makers—especially those who are often holding a lot for others.
In addition to one on one coaching, I bring deep leadership experience. I offer consulting that blends strategy, Jewish wisdom, heart and practical insight. Whether supporting a board, mentoring, or facilitating strategic change, I support change and transition with clarity and care.
Throughout my life, I've been a continual learner—curious, grounded, and always seeking new tools to help people thrive. My greatest honor is to be your coach to fulfill your goals and dreams.
For managers and leaders—especially those who are neurodivergent or leading neurodiverse teams—including:
-Decision-making under pressure
-Clarifying priorities and scope
-Delegation and workload design
-Sustainable leadership without burnout
We’ll chart a path forward rooted in your strengths, supported by realistic and inspiring goals, and buoyed by renewed clarity.
I bring a unique perspective to supporting organizational change. I know that the change process is dynamic and demanding—and deserves support and expertise.
I support individuals in strengthening core executive functioning skills, including:
-Prioritization when everything feels urgent
-Task initiation and follow-through
-Managing overwhelm and cognitive load
-Energy-based planning and sustainable routines
Coaching is success-first, skills-based, structured and tailored to neurodivergent brains. I will meet each person where they are, moving forward to recognize their talents, unique needs, and particular goals.
